What is taught in our course
Coach
- Work with children and adults in mass and elite football
- Manage all aspects of individual and team performance, as well as cooperate with the technical staff
- Develop clear training methods taking into account the needs of all players of different backgrounds
Match
- Develop effective plans that contribute to improving team results
- Train the team properly
- Evaluate the results of individual players and the entire team during matches
- Analyze and rethink the results using different methods to provide effective feedback for individual players and the team as a whole
Training process
- Plan and conduct development-promoting training sessions tailored to the needs of individual players, groups of players and the entire team
- Effectively manage groups of players, train and motivate them in such a way as to achieve the improvement of their skills and technical results
- Integrate aspects of physical performance into your workouts
Player and team
- Develop training tasks for both individual players and the entire team
- Understand the characteristics and positions in the game and contribute to the development of players in the team, based on the appropriate format of the game
- Allow players to explore and experiment in finding effective solutions
