UEFA STEP Educational workshop has started in Astana

As part of the UEFA Assist and UEFA Academy programs, the leading UEFA experts are holding an educational workshop for football managers STEP (Senior Team Executive Program).

The workshop will run until November 11th.The UEFA Executive Committee member, Servet Yardimc, arrived to hold the workshop. The training is attended by representatives of the football associations of Turkmenistan, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan and Tajikistan, as well as the heads of regional football federations and football clubs of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The workshop covers a practical approach using a range of management tools and best practice examples to improve the performance of football associations. The course discusses such key topics as management, leadership and strategic planning, financial and operational management, marketing and communications.

At the end of the workshop, all participants will be awarded UEFA certificates.
