KFF Executive Committee meeting held
The agenda of the meeting included the approval of the regulations and calendars of the Olimpbet-Championship, Olimpbet-Cup, Olimpbet-Supercup of the Republic of Kazakhstan for the 2023 season.
The meeting also approved the participants of the Olimpbet Football Championship of the Republic of Kazakhstan among Premier League clubs for 2023.
In addition, regulations were adopted on holding competitions in youth and grassroots football for the 2023 season.
The executive committee also approved the results of the futsal competitions for 2022, and also considered the regulation on holding the Futsal Championship of the Republic of Kazakhstan among U-19 teams for the 2023 season.
Another important issue was the approval of recommendations of the natural field care. A program for financing regional and local associations "GOL" for 2023 was also adopted.
OLIMPBET Super Cup of the Republic of Kazakhstan 2023
The match for OLIMPBET-Kazakhstan Football Super Cup will take place on February 25. The current champion of Kazakhstan, FC ''Astana'' will play against the winner of the OLIMPBET- Kazakhstan Cup-2022, FC ''Ordabasy''. The venue of the meeting will be determined later by the Professional Football League of Kazakhstan.
OLIMPBET Football Championship of the Republic of Kazakhstan
According to the decision of the KFF Executive Committee, 14 teams will take part in the 2023 season of the OLIMPBET Championship of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

OLIMPBET-Football Championship of the Republic of Kazakhstan Regulations approved
The club has the right to include 25 players in the application list - at least 13 residents and no more than 10 foreign players. 8 of these are allowed to be declared free of charge and 2 are allowed to be declared on a reimbursable basis.
In a match, no more than 7 foreign players are allowed to take the field at the same time as part of each team.
Teams that take 12th, 13th and 14th places in the final table of the OLIMPBET Championship are eliminated for the next season in the UBET Championship (they take part in the UBET Championship of the 2024 season).
The team that takes 1st place in the UBET-Championship of the 2023 season promotes to the OLIMPBET-Championship of the 2024 season, with the exception of youth teams, as well as teams that are part of the structure of clubs participating in the OLIMPBET-Championship.

OLIMPBET-Football Championship of the Republic of Kazakhstan Calendar approved

The full calendar of the OLIMPBET Football Championship of the Republic of Kazakhstan will be published on the official website of the Professional Football League of Kazakhstan. Also, the KFF Executive Committee approved the technical regulations of the OLIMPBET-Championship, OLIMPBET-Cup of the Republic of Kazakhstan, as well as the UBET- Championship.
Futsal U-19 Championship of the Republic of Kazakhstan 2023 Regulations approved
Each team plays with the other.
The first round of the championship will be held from 17 to 23 February 2023 in Uralsk. The next round will take place from 2 to 8 March in Karaganda. The third round of the championship will be hosted by Almaty and will be held from 4 to 10 April. The Championship of the Republic of Kazakhstan will end in Rudny and will be held from May 2 to May 8, 2023.
Also, at the meeting of the executive committee, the results of the OLIMPBET-Super Cup and OLIMPBET-Cup of the Republic of Kazakhstan in Futsal of the 2022 season were approved.
2023 Youth Football Regulations approved
The season starts with the traditional republican tournaments "Arman", "Zhastar", as well as for the first time with the "Daryn" tournament.
Players born in 2005 or older will take part in the Arman tournament, which consists of preliminary and final stages. The preliminary stage of the tournament will be held from February 21 to March 3, the final - from March 24 to 31. All games will be held in Taraz.
Tournament "Zhastar" will be held from 17 to 27 March in Shymkent, where young men born no older than 2007 will take part.
This year for the first time the tournament "Daryn" among boys born in 2008 starts. Matches will be held from 3 to 13 March in Shymkent.
Also, the championship and the Cup of the Republic of Kazakhstan among football centers and academies will traditionally be held. The championship will consist of two youth leagues: Youth League 1 (2005-2006, 2007, 2008, 2009, 2010 and 2011) and Youth League 2 (2005-2006, 2007, 2008 and 2009).
The Cup of Kazakhstan will consist of preliminary and final stages, the draw of which is scheduled for autumn 2023. It will accept young men born in 2005-2006, 2007, 2008 and 2009.
The championship among girls' teams will be held in three age categories: 2005-2006, 2007-2008 and 2009-2010.
It is planned to hold the championship of the Republic of Kazakhstan among the youth teams of the regions and the cities of Astana, Almaty and Shymkent, which will consist of preliminary and final stages. Competitions will be held in five age categories: 2005-2006, 2007, 2008, 2009 and 2010.
Also, for the first time in 2023, together with the Ministry of Culture and Sports of the Republic of Kazakhstan, it is planned to hold the championship of the Republic of Kazakhstan among the youth teams of the Youth Sports School, SDYUSSH and SDYUSSHOR in five age categories: 2005-2006, 2007, 2008, 2009 and 2010. The preliminary stage is scheduled for May 2023, the final stage will take place in August 2023.
KFF Grassroots Tournaments 2023 approved
This year, the Kazakhstan Football Federation will hold the following tournaments:
Futsal Championship of the Republic of Kazakhstan among amateur teams;
Football Championship of the Republic of Kazakhstan among amateur teams;
Beach Soccer Super Cup of Kazakhstan;
Beach Soccer Cup of Kazakhstan;
Beach Soccer Championship of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
CP Football Championship of the Republic of Kazakhstan among children's and youth teams.
"GOL" Finance Program Regulations 2023 approved.
As part of the annual GOL program, the Kazakhstan Football Federation supports regional federations. Financing of regional associations will be carried out in the following areas and subject to the following conditions:
Conducting the Regional Football Championship among amateur teams.
Registration of amateur players in the KFF system.
Organization of training courses for trainers for category D.
Organization of training courses for referees.
Updating and supplementing information about football infrastructure facilities.
It should be noted that funding will be allocated to associations separately for the implementation of each direction.
It also provides for financial resources allocated as bonuses for the implementation of all areas of the strategy and the participation of the winning team of the Championship in the final stage of the Championship of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Control over the implementation of the program will be carried out by the Kazakhstan Football Federation.

By the decision of the Executive Committee of the Kazakhstan Football Federation, Recommendations for the care of a natural football field were adopted.
The guide was developed on the basis of the UEFA Pitch Quality Guidelines. Natural turf pitch management to provide general advice on natural turf football field construction, maintenance, preparation, management, monitoring and evaluation.
