KFF and DUOL sign Memorandum of Understanding on football infrastructure development

This document was an important step in realising the KFF's priority objective of developing high-quality, sustainable and accessible football infrastructure across the country. The parties confirmed their mutual interest in long-term co-operation and their intention to implement advanced technologies to ensure comfortable conditions for training and competitions.
DUOL was founded in 1992 and today is considered a European leader in the design and manufacture of inflatable and membrane structures. With over 30 years of experience and more than 2000 successfully realised projects in more than 50 countries, DUOL has established itself as a reliable supplier of innovative and energy efficient solutions for sports, industrial and logistics facilities.
DUOL has been operating in the Kazakhstan market since 1995 and today occupies more than 90 percent of the inflatable sports facilities segment. The company has built more than 50 sports facilities across the country, thus making a significant contribution to the development of grassroots and professional sports.
DUOL's key clients in Kazakhstan include the Administration of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, as well as the akimats of major cities including Almaty, Astana, Taraz and Aktau. In addition, the company actively co-operates with national industrial giants such as Kazakhmys, KazMunaiGas and Kazzinc. The company pays special attention to projects in the field of education: its solutions have been successfully implemented in such leading institutions as Nazarbayev University and QSI International School in Almaty.
Among the most significant DUOL projects in Kazakhstan is the construction of the National Football Training Centre in Astana, implemented in cooperation with the Kazakhstan Football Federation and UEFA. In the city of Satpayev, the company built modern sports complexes for Kazakhmys Corporation. Other notable facilities include an indoor ice arena in Almaty, as well as football and tennis domes placed in Petropavlovsk, Atyrau, Taraz, Shymkent, Qyzylorda and a number of other cities across the country.
