Talgat Kosmukhambetov - President of the Kazakhstan Futsal Association

Talgat Kosmukhambetov graduated from the football school of Kostanay "Tobol". As a football player, he played for the Kostanay "Tobol" from 2001 to 2005.

Work experience:

2011-2017 - Deputy Director of FC Tobol, and in

2019-2020 - Financial Director of FC Astana.

2022 - Deputy Director of the KFF Futsal Department.

Since September 2022 - Director of the Futsal and Inspection Department of the Kazakhstan Futsal Association.

Over the years, Talgat Kosmukhambetov has refereeed many matches of the Kazakhstan Futsal Championship, and since 2014, having received the FIFA category, he has officiated matches of the Futsal Champions League, UEFA Cup, World Super Cup, Student World Championship, European Women's Championship, as well as qualifying matches of the World Championship and the European Championship. Four times recognized as the best arbiter of Kazakhstan.
