KFF opens new football field in Aktobe
The football field was reconstructed on the basis of Children's Sports School No. 2. The main goal of the project is to improve the quality of football infrastructure and develop grassroots.
The football festival was held on the territory of Children's Sports School No. 2 with the participation of children of different ages. The President of the Kazakhstan Football Federation Adlet Barmenkulov, the head coach of the Kazakhstan national football team Magomed Adiev and the Deputy Akim of the Aktobe region Galymzhan Eleuov attended the event.
“This is the first football field as part of the ALAÑ project. One of the main purposes of the Kazakhstan Football Development Strategy is the development of children’s and youth football and grassroots. Now our future champions will practice on the new field. We see this as an opportunity for further development. This is our contribution to the future of football in Kazakhstan,” Barmenkulov said.
In addition to Aktobe, this year fields in the cities of Almaty, Shymkent, as well as the Zhetisu region are subject to renovation. Applications are currently being accepted for the renovation of football fields for 2024. Applications for next year will be accepted until November 15. The program is designed for three years and will be supported by UEFA. The general partner of the project was the bookmaker company 1XBET.
