Women's coaching TRAINING WORKSHOP
This workshop was held for female coaches undergoing training for the UEFA A Licence and the UEFA B Licence, as well as with current the UEFA A Licence.
The workshop was conducted by the KFF Women's Football Department and the KFF Licensing Department and aimed at developing coaching in women's football, as well as as part of the preparation and development of women's football teams.
The seminar was aimed on improving coaching knowledge and practical techniques, which contributes to the development, quality and popularization of women's football in Kazakhstan. The instructor from Germany, Caroline Kunsche, who has extensive experience in coaching and teaching at FIFA and UEFA took part in the workshop. At the end of the training, she demonstrated the functionality of a unique platform - the FIFA Training center, which has an extensive base of practical tips that coaches can immediately use in their work.
The training program was divided into two stages, practice and theory.
During the four-day coaching training course, the participants studied the methodology of conducting, building a training plan, learned the basics of scouting, including searching for and ways to develop a player’s potential, and also put the new knowledge gained into practice.
Moreover, the structure of the training process, taking into account the modern requirements of football, as well as the principles of operation of the FIFA Talent ID scouting system in order to form a pool of talented players for girls' teams was discussed. FIFA specialist Stuart John Hall, under whose leadership the KFF project on forming the U-15 youth team is already being implemented, shared with the participants a model of the game of the KFF youth teams, which will be used in building the playing philosophy of the girls' teams of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
At the end of the training, the female trainers were awarded certificates for completing the course.
