Alexander Keplin appointed as UEFA delegate for APOEL vs Celje

Alexander Keplin, the Chief Operating Officer of the Kazakhstan Football Federation, has been appointed as a delegate for the UEFA Conference League match between Cyprus ''APOEL'' and Slovenian ''Celje''.

The match takes place on 21 February at the GSP Stadium in Nicosia (Cyprus).

Alexander Keplin has been a UEFA match delegate since March 2018.

The match will be officiated by a refereeing team from Scotland led by John Beaton.

Assistant referees: Daniel McFarlane, David McGeachie.

For information, the UEFA match delegate acts as an official representative of UEFA at matches, attends organizational meetings before the match and gives an assessment at the end of the match. The delegate also coordinates the work of the match organization on sporting, infrastructural and security aspects.
