Kazakhstan starts training camp in Turkey

Kazakhstan national football team has started its training camp in Belek, Turkey, before the upcoming 2026 World Cup qualifying matches against Wales and Liechtenstein.

Unfortunately, due to injuries, the defender Roman Asrankulov (FC Tobol) and forward Ramazan Karimov (FC Astana) will not be able to play for the national team.

In March, Kazakhstan national team will play two away matches in the 2026 World Cup qualification. On 22 March, Kazakhstanwill play against Wales at Cardiff City Stadium. Kick-off is at 00:45 (Kazakhstan time).

Three days later, on 25 March, Kazakhstan will meet with the national team of Liechtenstein. The match will take place at the stadium ‘Rheinpark’, Vaduz and will also kick off at 00:45 (Kazakhstan time).
